We work with several local architects and designers that can assist you in your planning needs or with the architect or designer of your choice. After you select your preliminary design and floor plan, David will work with you to add features that will make your Modlin Custom Home personalized for you and your family.

Designing Your Home: It takes careful planning, knowledge and attention to detail to create an exceptional home that will enhance your lifestyle for many years to come. As part of our Selection Process, we utilize a large custom Design Center, giving you numerous selections to choose from in personalizing your home based on your needs and lifestyle. An experienced Interior Designer will take you through all the customizing choices making the process fun and easy.

Financing: Modlin Custom Homes does not offer construction financing but will provide you with information regarding financial institutions that may be of assistance. If you already have a financial institution, we are happy to work with them throughout the construction process. When financing is complete, all the fun begins.

Construction: Now is the time when all your planning and vision come to life. From foundation to completion of your home, David personally manages every detail of the construction process. He is always available to discuss any concerns or questions as they arise.
